Richard Helms (CMT)
Is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) who graduated from the
600 hour Massage Therapy Program at Lake Superior College,
Duluth, MN. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Vocational Education and Curriculum Development from Southern
Illinois University. He is a retired US Naval Commander. His
scope of practice includes but is not limited to: Full Body
Relaxation massage, Deep Tissue massage, Pregnancy and Infant
Massage, Couples Massage, and Sports Massage and Hot Stone
Therapy.

Is a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) who graduated from the

Duluth, MN. She is also a Nationally Certified Occupational
Therapy Assistant. Her scope of practice includes but is not
limited to: Full Body Relaxation massage, Deep Tissue massage,
Lymphatic Drainage massage, Couples Massage, Senior Massage
and other modalities.
